All prices are starting from and will depend upon your individual dog's support needs, coat condition and any adjustments we need to make.

Terms and Conditions

 

 

Cancellations, No shows and lateness: We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all cancellations as this allows us time to fill the appointments. Any less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation charge. The closer to the appointment the higher the charge will need to be as we are less likely to fill your appointment.

48 hours before- £20

24 hours before- £30

Failure to pay the cancellation charge will result in it being added to your next groom appointment.

No Shows: No shows will be required to pay for the full amount of the missed appointment. This can be added onto the price of the next grooming appointment if wished.

 

Failure to pay the cancellation or no show charge will result in future services being refused.

 

Lateness: Due to being a one on one groomer, lateness to attend your appointment or collect your dog will impact upon the time we have to spend with your dog and the end result of the groom. Lateness to collect your dog will result in your dog needing to be placed within a crate to enable us to  continue with our planned appointments for the day.

 

Matting: De-matting will only be completed on small areas which are not close to the skin. Any matting that is too close to the skin or over larger areas will be clipped off. De-matting tugs on your dog's fur and skin and can cause pain. If matting is left, it will only become tighter and cover larger areas. It can become so tight that the matts physically tear the skin and cause wounds and infections. We will never put vanity before humanity and will always do what is in the dog's health interests.

If a dog is repeatedly coming in for grooming services with large amounts of matting a shorter cut or more regular grooming will be discussed.
